-
Booking & Retainer
-
Engagements under $750: Payment is due in full within 30 days after the event date..
-
Engagements of $750 or more: A 25% non-refundable retainer is required. Once the signed Professional Services Agreement is received, an invoice for the retainer will be issued. Retainer payment is due within 5 business days of the Agreement date.

Multi-day or travel engagements: A 50% non-refundable retainer may be required.
-
Final Payment: The remaining balance (minus any retainer) is due within 30 days after the event date.
-
Travel Fees: For engagements outside of San Diego County, additional travel, lodging, and per diem fees may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
-
Driving Distance: For venues located beyond San Diego County, San Clemente, or Temecula, a travel fee of $35 per driving hour (round-trip) will apply, calculated from San Diego.
-
Flights: For engagements that require air travel, the client is responsible for the cost of round-trip airfare, ground transportation, and reasonable baggage fees.
-
Lodging: For engagements ending at 9 PM or later, or starting at 9 AM or earlier, overnight lodging may be required.

Client Cancellations
-
More than 30 days before the event: The retainer is non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a rescheduled event within 12 months.
-
15–30 days before the event: 50% of the agreed fee is due. Any retainer already paid will be applied toward this balance.
-
14 days or less before the event: 100% of the agreed fee is due, as the date is unlikely to be rebooked.
-
Travel Costs: If the event is canceled, any non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses (such as airfare, hotel deposits, or transportation) already incurred by the performer remain the responsibility of the client.
